About this qualification
Provides a flexible and alternative range of learning opportunities that will stretch learners and enable them to consolidate and extend their learning in preparation for further learning in further or higher education settings and/or to sustain and develop employment opportunities. The qualifications seek to enable learners to follow a programme tailored to their learning needs, whilst at the same time achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
They incorporate a large range of 300 units that can be combined in many different ways to produce learning pathways that meet your different learner needs and reflect their particular interests and aspirations.
