    The OCNLR Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service aims to provide learners with a deeper technical and wider sector-related knowledge in order to demonstrate competency in a variety of customer service job roles. Areas of study include:
    • Understanding different types of customers;
    • Principles and practices of delivering customer service;
    • Equality and diversity;
    • Legislation and regulations governing the industry;
    • Understanding the work environment.
    The qualification will prepare learners for further learning at higher levels and also for employment in a wide range of customer service roles.
