About this qualification
The OCNLR Level 1 Award and Certificate in Personal Development and Employability are aimed at helping learners to gain employability-based skills and knowledge and are suitable for learners preparing for employment.
On completion of the qualifications, successful learners may find employment, either paid or voluntary, or consider further study.
