Appeals Procedure
The OCN London Appeals Procedure is intended to ensure that any appeals received by OCN London are dealt with quickly, fairly and effectively.
If your appeal is related to the Access to HE Diploma, we have guidance for learners and centre staff on how to make an appeal to the awards board or a post-awards board appeal, on the basis of:
- administrative or procedural error
- extenuating circumstances that, for good reason, could not be notified prior to the awards board.
Appeals on the Access to HE Diploma outside of the scope of the post-awards board appeals process will be dealt with through the general OCN London Appeals Procedure.
