Centres are required to submit learner registrations through our online system QuartzWeb. To enable entry into the system all Admin Contacts at OCN London centres are issued with user accounts.
We can also issue accounts for more than one administrator and can also issue accounts for tutors.

In order to register learners against Access to HE Diploma courses, the Access learner registration form should be completed with the details for each class to be registered and uploaded via our online Access to HE learner registration system Access to HE QuartzWeb.

QAA guidelines now require 60 units of credit to be selected for all Access to HE learners at the point of registration. This video demonstrates how to select the units of study for Access to HE learners via Access to HE QuartzWeb, including how to check if the selected units meet the Rules of Combination for award of the Access to HE Diploma.

- Registering learners for Functional Skills
Functional Skills learner registrations can be made using pre-populated Learner Registration Forms (LRFs) that will be sent to you by your Admin Officer here at OCN London.
